WELCOME HOME

Churches can feel like strange places. To help ease the stress, here are a few things you can expect.

Getting to

We are located at 1050 Hagen Road. The parking lot entrance is near the intersection of Silverado Trail and Hagen Road. Look for the old red church with the steeple. Please park in any space you'd like. Our entrance is on the North side of the building, away from the road, near the playground.

Where to go

Help yourself to hot coffee and pastries as you come in. You'll probably be greeted with a warm smile. Check out the connection counter for ways to get involved. Feel free to sit wherever you'd like.

Families welcome

Life's hard. Just come as you are. Kids are welcome to stay for the whole service or go to Children's Church during the sermon.  Our current Children's Church is for ages 4 - 10. We also have a nursing mom's room and a family room where the message is live-streamed.

Worship

At our core, we worship according to God's Word with our eyes directed toward an audience of One (God). We admit that the church's worship has taken many forms over the last 2,000 years. There's a lot of wisdom to learn from our past. There's also much to appreciate about contemporary Christianity. We seek to honor our past while also incorporating what's new. Expect a blend of historical and contemporary worship with old hymns, new songs, prayers, Scripture readings, the Lord's Table, and baptisms. You may like it.

Message

We preach as if people's lives depend on it. That means we seek to preach expositionally, explaining the meaning of a passage of Scripture. God speaks through his Word; he gives eternal life through hearing his Word. Check out our Sermons podcast so you can know what to expect.
